Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop 4WHEY White Chocolate & Raspberry

  • 100 grams of raspberries (fresh or frozen)

  • ½ banana

  • 200 ml skimmed milk or unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt (optional, for extra creaminess)

  • Handful of ice cubes

Preparation:
