Whey Pancakes (Protein Pancakes)

Why not give your favorite breakfast dish a protein-rich twist? These whey pancakes are delicious, nutritious, and the perfect way to start your day!

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop 4whey protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)

  • 1 banana (mashed)

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/4 cup oats (optional for more texture)

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2 cup milk (almond milk or cow's milk)

  • A pinch of salt

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

  • Coconut oil or butter for baking

Preparation:

  1. Mix the egg whites, banana, eggs, oats, baking powder and milk in a bowl until smooth.

  2. Heat a frying pan with a little coconut oil or butter over medium heat.

  3. Pour a small amount of batter into the pan and fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.

  4. Serve with your favorite toppings, such as fresh fruit, nut butter, or maple syrup.
