Whey Pancakes (Protein Pancakes)

Ingredients:

1 scoop 4whey protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)

1 banana (mashed)

2 eggs

1/4 cup oats (optional for more texture)

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 cup milk (almond milk or cow's milk)

A pinch of salt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Coconut oil or butter for baking
Preparation:

Mix the egg whites, banana, eggs, oats, baking powder and milk in a bowl until smooth.

Heat a frying pan with a little coconut oil or butter over medium heat.

Pour a small amount of batter into the pan and fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
