Ingredients (for 1 serving):

1 ripe banana

1 scoop 4WHEY Vanilla

2 eggs

30g oatmeal

1 tsp cinnamon

Dash of almond milk or water
Preparation:

Mash the banana.

Add eggs, whey, oats and cinnamon. Mix until smooth.

Heat coconut oil in a pan.

Fry small pancakes over medium heat, 2 minutes per side.

Serve with peanut butter or extra banana on top.
