Ingredients :

1 frozen banana

1/2 cup frozen mango

1/2 cup coconut water (or more for a thinner texture)

1 scoop of your favorite 4whey protein powder (for example vanilla)

1/4 cup Greek yogurt (optional for extra creaminess)

Toppings of your choice: chia seeds, coconut flakes, fresh fruit (such as kiwi, berries), granola, nuts
Preparation :

Add the frozen banana, mango, pineapple, coconut water and Greek yogurt (if using) to a blender.

Add 1 scoop of your favorite 4whey protein powder for a protein-rich boost.

Blend until creamy and thick. Add extra coconut water if you want the smoothie bowl to be thinner.
