Recipe: Tropical Smoothie Bowl with Whey Protein

Ingredients :

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango

  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple

  • 1/2 cup coconut water (or more for a thinner texture)

  • 1 scoop of your favorite 4whey protein powder (for example vanilla)

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (optional for extra creaminess)

  • Toppings of your choice: chia seeds, coconut flakes, fresh fruit (such as kiwi, berries), granola, nuts

Preparation :

  1. Add the frozen banana, mango, pineapple, coconut water and Greek yogurt (if using) to a blender.

  2. Add 1 scoop of your favorite 4whey protein powder for a protein-rich boost.

  3. Blend until creamy and thick. Add extra coconut water if you want the smoothie bowl to be thinner.

  4. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings such as fresh fruit, coconut flakes, chia seeds, granola and nuts.

  5. Enjoy your nutritious and refreshing tropical smoothie bowl right away!
