Recipe: Autumnal Pumpkin Spice Protein Smoothie

Fall calls for warm flavors! This Pumpkin Spice Smoothie with 4WHEY is perfect for a nutritious, protein-packed post-workout treat.

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop 4WHEY Cinnamon or Vanilla

  • 100 grams pumpkin puree (ready-made or homemade)

  • 200 ml almond milk or regular milk

  • ½ banana

  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)

  • Handful of ice cubes
